There's nothing new about a Bromance, guys have been doing it for centuries. Especially the pankration fighters in ancient Greek times, spartan soldiers, or any other warrior minded group of people in all cultures. Its always between just 2 guys, not a bunch, just 2, they may have girlfriends, or wives, or be single either way though straight they have an extremely tight bond, love, understanding, they could never have with a woman, not talking sex wise, my best friend and I have had that for awhile now, since we were 15, we're 27 now. We both do the same sport together MMA (Mixed martial arts) so we're always training and competing together, we travel together for the sport, we hunt together, we were in the military together, work a gym together, even get all crazy over video games together. Most importantly though because of the type of guys we are, always leaders to those we love and take care of, and always wanting to be strong for them, when we have our fears and doubts as all men do, we don't let anyone but each other know what they are, and we'll take care of each other in those times... The term "Bromance" I suppose is just a name given to the relationship for shits and giggles for today's society, I don't know and don't care.. but its sure as hell no silly little fad everyone should just "jump into"
