For all you locals... Pal's big tea turned 20 this year. Wow. They've sold about 71 Million of them since they were first introduced 2 decades ago. If I were to estimate, I would have to say I've probably bought 5000 of those. And that is probably a low estimate.
I've never heard of it.
I goggled it and see that it's a Tenn. thing.
That must be some tea!

Pal's tea is THE best, well almost... Poor Richard's is highly ranked in my list of tea.
For some reason this made me think about how much money that is and could be...
I'm not math whiz but if they are roughly $.82/tea (.75 + tax) and you did purchase 5000. Let's say that's one per day for 13.7 years ( 5000 / 365days ). Instead if you had invested the .82 cents per day for 13.7 years in a mutual fund with an average of 12%, you'd have $10,406.52 today. Sorry.. just thinking out loud on your blog... ;)
