This unofficial letter to the emerging-missional church in the USA is very insightful. Some people just 'get it'. Andrew Jones is one of those people. He is a gracious, kind, and informed voice in the church that is emerging. If you are interested in the EC conversation at all, this is a must read.

Ryan Bolger challenges the need for the Youth Pastor position in the Emerging Church. For those types of churches, it does make sense. Only thing I would add is that those who would be YP's would then need to shift the focus outward, learn the culture and find inroads to those young people in the margins. Like I have any business adding anything...
